How to draw innovated building plan

Hello  friends, Today I write in my blog about how to draw innovated building plan. Now a days most of residential building are planned by an engineer, Its OK but problem is most of these engineers are inexperienced or money oriented. But sorry to say result of this the client(the proposed building owner) are sufferer.While drawing a building plan, we have to think some basic things in our mind,
Some vital points, living room or bed room should have been south faces,because in summer wind are blowing from south and the user got it without any obstruction. It should be one bedroom or two bedroom or three bedroom but all the bedroom have to be this facility. Passage should be as minimum ,if there is no passage thats better. If there are common w/c and bathroom then ther must be a facility to going to toilet without disturbing anyone. Going to toilet either via passage or some common place like drawing room or drawing cum dining room. In stair case trader should be at leasrt 10" and riser should be not more than 6".
